Returns & Exchanges

Each and every product (Jewelry) of Kween is exclusive and handpicked and hence the chances of a bad quality/defective product is almost nil. We get the Jewellery manufactured and only then put it up for picture and sale so to make sure our customers receive exactly what they see on the website

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We would appreciate an opening video of the package as proof without which we cannot consider your request.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. Your refund will be sent to your KWEEN wallet or original payment account based on the refund method you chose.

Return Conditions

1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Jewellery package opened and used.

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Items with non-returnable marks, discounted products and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Kween products .

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp (or) email if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be accepted only if the product is completely damaged in transit or completely different from what was ordered. The customer should inform us of the issue within 3 days of the receipt of the product for us to accept the exchange. For Minor colour, design variations, in the products from the photograph shared on the website it would NOT be eligible for a exchange. We will dispatch the order ONLY if we have got the same product as ordered by you else we will NOT ship the order.

We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons

  • There might be slight variations in the color tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device. Though please be 200% assured that all pics are taken by Kween is near to real. You should exactly get what you see.

  • Semi precious and precious jewelry are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.

  • If the jewelry’s physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.

  • If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.

  • If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.

  • Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.

  • Under rare circumstances, the jewelry beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.

  • Bangles size chart is always available on every bangle product page. Please measure your size before you make a purchase if you are unsure of the size. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for wrong size orders placed

  • Back ropes provided free of cost during the purchase is provided as a gesture and will not be replaced as a separate parcel in case found broken upon receiving. Importantly they can be shipped extra as a gesture on your next order as an alternative solution.

NOTE:

  1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

  2. If there is an issue with your return, please contact Customer Support via WhatsApp or email within 7 days from the date your order was placed.
